Silkscreen
Block colours. No gloss effect.
Edition of 50 or 100

Offset
Gloss effect. Silver / Gold foil.
Edition of 300 or 1000

3. Are Silkscreens more valuable than Offset Prints?

Not necessarily. It is still a case of demand and supply. Silkscreen are inherently lower in supply but the demand of design depends on many other factors.

Of course, any artwork is still predominantly judged by aesthetics.
